Yo, what's up?! We are Amy, Betsy, and Lauren. All of us recently changed our lives for the better by eating healthy and exercising regularly. Currently we are training for our first 5K! We're having a blast getting healthy together and are here to support you on your journey to better health. While this space originally started out as Amy and Betsy's contest entry for the Million Pound Match-Up, we weren't ready to give up blogging. Along the way, Lauren was an essential behind the scener, so it was only right that she join the blog once the contest was over.
